Exchange and Returns

Return Policy

You can return the product according to the requirements of the Consumer Protection Law of Ukraine within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of purchase.

Returns are possible under the following conditions:

The product has not been used and retains its original appearance;
All labels, seals, tags, and the original packaging are intact;
The completeness of the product is not violated;
A warranty card (if provided) and a proof of payment are available;
The warranty card (if applicable) and proof of payment are preserved;
The product does not fall under categories that are non-returnable (approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 dated 19.03.1994).

Return procedure:

Ensure that the product meets the return conditions.
Send a scan or photo of the completed return form along with the payment document to the email: shop@... or through the support form on the website.
Our manager will contact you within 3 working days to confirm the details.
Send the product along with the original return form to the address agreed upon with the manager.
After verification, the refund will be credited to your account within 10 working days.

Return of Defective Products

If the product has significant defects, you have the right to return or exchange it within the entire warranty period.

Returns are possible under the following conditions:

The product has a manufacturing defect confirmed by an official conclusion;
The warranty card and proof of payment are available;
The completeness of the product is intact;
The warranty period is still valid.

The procedure is the same as for returning goods in good condition:

If the return conditions are not met, the seller has the right to refuse acceptance of the product;
Only the cost of the product will be refunded, delivery costs are not reimbursed;
Refunds will be made in the same method as the payment was made (according to the rules of the issuing bank).
