Public Offer

This document is an official offer from FOP Sakhno Olena Viktorivna (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to enter into a contract for the sale of goods or provision of services with any user of the website https://palmarius.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. Acceptance of this offer is considered the placing of an order by the Buyer on the website.

1.3. The contract is considered concluded without the need for a written agreement to be signed.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver to the Buyer the goods/services listed on the website, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them.

2.2. The characteristics, price, and delivery/terms of service are specified on the corresponding product or service card.

3. Order Placement

3.1. The Buyer can place an order independently on the website or through other available channels (email, messengers, etc.).

3.2. The Seller confirms the acceptance of the order and provides information about its execution.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is made in cashless form: by bank card, transfer, or other methods available on the website.

4.2. All prices are in Ukrainian Hryvnias. Information about the VAT status is specified depending on the Seller’s tax payer status.

5. Delivery and Provision of Services

5.1. Delivery terms, deadlines, and method of delivery/service provision are agreed upon with the Buyer during the order placement.

5.2. The Buyer must inspect the received goods or services for compliance with the order.

6. Warranty and Returns

6.1. In case of defects in the goods or unsatisfactory quality of services, the Buyer has the right to exchange or return in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

6.2. The details of the return procedure are agreed with the Seller through the contact details provided on the website.

7. Parties’ Responsibility

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for delays or issues related to incorrectly provided Buyer information or the work of delivery services.

7.2. The parties are relieved of responsibility in case of force majeure.

8. Processing of Personal Data

8.1. By accepting this offer, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The contract enters into force upon acceptance of the offer by the Buyer and is effective until the complete fulfillment of obligations by both parties.

9.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of the offer without prior notice.

9.3. Any disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of impossibility, in court according to the legislation of Ukraine.
